There was a Canadian-produced TV show La Femme Nikita that I liked very much. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Femme_Nikita_(TV_series) Five seasons with more fashion and style than any Bond film ever thought of.

Luc also did "Subway" which is one of my favourite movies. I didn't realise that those three movies had the same director, but when you listed two of the three French movies that I really liked I thought "could it be that the third was by the same guy?", and it was.
